POLICY STATEMENT IN CASHES
Management is aware that potential risks areas exist both at home, leisure and places of work.
To this end, management places the provision of welfare amenities and health places worktop on its priority lists. This policy is set out for every employees of that company to comply with its directive by personally involved. Employees are expected therefore to report unsafe acts and conditions for prompt correction. It is mandatory for all employees to wear personal protective provided for their use.
Furthermore to give full backing to this policy, we will endeavor to do the following:
- Ensure that all employees working on-shore swamp or offshore have ability to swim to safety and have valid swimming certificates.
- Employees must be examined and certified fit-for duty by a registered doctors.
- Every staff will be physically examined medically by a government registered practitioner
- Provide staff and others associated with our site information on any know potential hazards.
- To ensure that staff are exposed to safety course organized by reputable organization and our clients
- Endeavor to select and maintain high and cost effective standard for projects operation and contractors
- To report all incidents immediately they occur to our client and carry out prompt investigation of it.
- To provided adequate personal protective equipment and enforced usage of such equipment.

1.0 INTRODUCTION
JERRY PIPING NIGERIA LIMITED (JPNL), Quality Manual states the quality policy and describes the quality system of the organisation.
- Jerry Piping Nigeria Limited Quality Manual (JPNL/QMS 01) manual defines outline/structure of the quality management system (QMS) and serves as a permanent reference in the implementation and maintenance of the system.
- JPNL also maintains documented Quality Management System Procedures. The procedures are quality documents coordinating different activities with respect to an effective quality system, which support the manual and in accordance with ISO 9001: 2008 quality management system requirements.
- Work Instructions/ Quality plans and records. These are quality documents which define operational processes and ensure that the processes are approved.
JPNL Quality manual provides guidance on the policies and procedures applicable for the provision of services and operations in the company.
The policies and procedures in this manual are implemented to ensure that the requirements for a quality management system for Jerry Piping Nigeria Limited are documented and in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 quality management system requirements.
